Alteration and Return Policy

For refunds : Please note that we do not offer refunds as all our garments are made according to your customizations and measurements, which means it’s built solely for you. In case you have any product fit issues, please refer to our Alteration policy.

If for any reason your suit needs adjustments, contact your? local showroom or our Customer care ?team, and we will guide you through the process.

Returns

Please note that we do not offer returns as all our garments are made according to your customizations and measurements, which means it’s built for you—and no one else. But in some special cases, we do accept returns and provide store credits to the customer. Which is valid for 1 year from the date of issuing.

Alterations

If your garments require alterations, please book an “Final Look” appointment at one of our showrooms, or contact our Customer Care Team within 10 days of receiving your order to start a Fit Claim if you purchased online. Be sure to keep the swing tags on all your garments.
